Every card below carries the style's real dieline — drawn by the shipping engine at one of its reference die sizes, not illustrated — its FEFCO or vendor model code where one exists, the worst deviation we measured against the reference dies, and how many dies that figure rests on. Selecting a card opens that structure in the studio.

Verified — 0.25 mm or better10 styles
Solved against real vendor production dies and re-measurable on demand. The published figure is the worst point found across every sampled size on every path — not an average. It applies inside the range those dies sampled; outside it the studio reports Extrapolating and stops claiming.
Verified, wider tolerance3 styles
Usable with a proof, not without one. Each of these was solved against real dies, and each has a specific, named reason for sitting outside 0.25 mm. Two of the three moved in the August 2026 patch, and the direction of the move is printed on the card.
Draft — not production ready1 style
No die behind it at any size. This structure is composed from two separately verified modules and has never been checked as a whole, so there is no deviation to publish — not a good one and not a bad one. It is in the product because it is useful for laying out a concept. Do not send it to plate.
About the drawings on these cards
Each thumbnail is the actual generator output for that style, run at one of the sizes its reference dies were measured at, then rescaled. Two things are simplified at this size and nowhere else: the bleed layer is omitted, and collinear vertices closer than 0.3 units after scaling are dropped so the page stays small. Cut and crease are the engine's own geometry at production colours — #FF0000 and #0000FF. Nothing here is drawn by hand.
Dimensions shown on each drawing's tooltip are the reference size, in millimetres. In the studio every one of them is adjustable, and the validity envelope will tell you the moment you leave the range the dies sampled.
